Impressive hotel, we loved the courteous staff and stylish room. Plenty of food at the awesome and tasty breakfast.

Thank you for a nice experience, I would recomand it. Everything was great, so where nice views of Lookout mountain. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee and armchairs. Early check in in the room and friendly service.

Our food for American breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were pleasant and amazingly kind.

Reasonably spacious & clean hotel, its location is unbeatable close enough to all the downtown attractions, such sights as the Tennessee Aquarium, many restaurants.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

I liked this hotel, it was clean and gorgeous! The staff were accommodating and superfriendly too. It was in a central location, in walking distance to numerous restaurants in the area.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, great prices and top location. The beach was sandy. Having different cool drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch. There were good internet and perfect parking available...

The hotel was clean and spacious. The property was just next door to Chattanooga downtown. Also, Bellsouth Park Stadium was max 10 minutes walk to. The room I booked was cleaned and available with comfortable bed and a mini-bar, as for instance.

The venue is clean and spacious, views are particularly nice, the location is beautiful close to an easy drive to lookout mountain, all the downtown attractions and the aquarium.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was amazing, the location was stunning close enough to the old bookstore, the Moonpie Store, the riverwalk area, downtown and the dining spots downtown. The rooms with comfy bed and a mini-bar, as for instance. Fabulously friendly, efficient staff.

Clean hotel with an elegant lobby. It was central and close to Tivoli Theatre. The staff was fantastic, amazing service.

Hotel was fairly clean and in a super location, staff was gracious. Bed was very amazing, room was reasonably large and nice sized. I went to a fantastic restaurant and loved the local dishes. Service was unbeatable throughout the property.

The hotel was extremely beautiful, the staff was professional! Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from coker museum. The restaurant had delicious food.

Good value, it was neat. Large breakfast, especially eggs, bacon and hot waffles, the staff was extremely helpful.

I appreciated rooms and location, they were pleasant. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a mini-bar, comfy bed. There was Mexiville an easy walk to the hotel. Lovely interior, great restaurant. Had a truly memorable time.

I have had an extra special experience, this simply stunning, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. American breakfast with my family thanksgiving meal was plentiful. Central location, it was in a stunningly beautiful area. Also, easy to get to creative discovery museum. There also was free parking and heated pool.

Exceptionally kind staff, rather spacious room & tidy hotel. Continental breakfast was nice & consisted of sausages, eggs, fresh fruit, cheese and omelet. Friendly check in & the service was impeccable.

It was fine hotel and we had an AWESOME stay. Plenty of exceptional options for meal. Generally everything was wonderful, but the bathroom was quite small.

The stay was very comfortable. The accommodation was truly exceptional, pool was heated, beds were extra comfy. The room was bright and looked very great. The staff was quick to help, always standard. The service was courteous, just like I expected.

The rooms are huge and the staff are hospitable. The venue has historic location down the east coast.

Our room was more than clean and just what we needed, loyal staff. Food was so good - plenty of options. Our room had coffee & tea making machines and a fridge. The hotel was right at the heart of Chattanooga. There was a bar right by the venue.

Best hotel experience. The area contains some restaurants like city cafe diner within 5 minutes' walk. Ruby falls and other tourist spots were close to this property. It was a relaxing base for one night;))
